Location: 100% Remote (U.S.)
Position Type: Full-time, Direct W2
Salary Range: $100,000-$150,000 Annually
Experience Required: 6+ years

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced
Adobe AEM CMS Developer to develop and maintain enterprise digital experiences using
Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) . The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in
AEM Sites, AEM Assets, AEM as a Cloud Service , Java, and modern AEM development practices, with experience building scalable, high-performing web applications.Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain AEM components, templates, and workflows.
- Build solutions using Java, OSGi, Sling Models, HTL, and Servlets.
- Develop headless CMS solutions using Content Fragments and GraphQL.
- Customize AEM Assets (DAM) and workflows.
- Integrate AEM with Adobe Experience Cloud and external systems.
- Optimize site performance, Dispatcher caching, and deployments.
- Support CI/CD pipelines using Cloud Manager, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions.
- Troubleshoot production issues and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Required Qualifications - 5+ years of Adobe AEM development experience.
- Strong expertise in Java, OSGi, Sling, HTL, and AEM architecture.
- Experience with AEM 6.5 and/or AEM as a Cloud Service.
- Hands-on experience with Content Fragments, GraphQL, and headless CMS.
- Experience with Dispatcher, CI/CD pipelines, and performance optimization.
Preferred Qualifications - Adobe Certified AEM Developer.
- Experience with Edge Delivery Services (Franklin/HLX).
- Knowledge of Adobe Experience Platform (AEP).
- Experience integrating AEM with Magento or Salesforce Commerce Cloud.
- Experience supporting multi-brand or multi-region AEM implementations.
