This role is based at our Corporate Office in Menomonee Falls, WI. You’ll work onsite from Monday through Thursday, with the option to work remotely on Fridays.About the RoleAs an Advanced Artist, your primary responsibility will be creating high-volume, quality original prints and patterns for Kohl's private Men's brands. As product trends and business priorities evolve, the role may also require occasional graphic development.What You’ll DoMerchandise color and print and present seasonal art direction to cross-functional partnersGenerate new ideas and concepts that expand beyond current assortmentsResearch current artwork trends to influence conceptual direction for multiple categories and brandsAnalyze competitors and benchmarks to inform brand positioning and design strategies and initiativesUnderstand vendor capability for print technique and fabric base limitationsInfluence product direction and drive adoption through effective communicationGenerate post-production art and colorway revisionsAdditional tasks may be assignedWhat Skills You HaveRequiredCollege degree in Graphic Design, Textile Design or a related fieldProficiency in Adobe Illustrator CAD and/or Textile experienceAbility to travelPreferred5+ years of experience in print and pattern design, with graphic design experience a plus, preferably in retail.Previous retail experienceExperience with Photoshop and Nedgraphics Job SummaryJob number: R475782Profession: Product Development
