Accountabilities:

The AMS/DRS Conversion Specialist will lead strategic initiatives to grow adoption of integrated technology and service solutions across enterprise retail customers. This role requires strong business development skills, the ability to build executive-level relationships, and the capability to collaborate across teams to deliver measurable commercial outcomes.

• Drive revenue growth and improve profitability by expanding adoption of digital retail and managed service solutions within targeted markets.
• Develop and execute strategic growth plans, forecasts, and market approaches aligned with business objectives.
• Identify new business opportunities, convert existing customer relationships, and create value-driven solution strategies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customer decision-makers, strategic partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Support complex sales opportunities by leading solution demonstrations, developing ROI models, and positioning business value.
• Create and deliver sales enablement programs, training initiatives, and best practices to help sales teams effectively position solutions.
• Evaluate sales processes, tools, and resources to identify improvement opportunities and increase sales effectiveness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support market segmentation, performance analysis, and successful solution deployment.
• Own major opportunities and contribute to a culture of excellence throughout the sales lifecycle.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate brings strong enterprise sales experience, strategic relationship management skills, and a proven ability to sell complex, integrated solutions. This professional should be comfortable working independently, influencing senior stakeholders, and driving results in a dynamic environment.

• 5+ years of experience managing relationships and selling multiple integrated products or service solutions to enterprise retail accounts.
• 3+ years of experience selling and managing premium solutions within a relevant market environment.
• Demonstrated success in business development, consultative sales, and achieving revenue growth targets.
• Strong understanding of retail operations, technology-enabled solutions, and customer value creation.
• Experience developing sales strategies, forecasts, and market expansion plans.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with senior-level customers and strategic partners.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and influencing skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across sales, operations, product, and business teams.
• Strategic mindset with strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable managing priorities in a remote work environment.
