Job Description

Salary: RMB 26,000–30,000 after-tax
Start Date: August (New Semester)
Age Group: 3-4 years old
Employment Type: Full-time
Working Hours: 8:00–17:00 (1-hour paid lunch break)

Key Job Duties

1. Design age-appropriate, engaging lesson plans for 3-4-year-old children
2. Deliver high-quality English classes in line with the kindergarten’s teaching standards
3. Track and compile detailed student academic progress reports regularly
4. Maintain effective and proactive communication with parents on children’s learning and development
5. Participate in peer classroom observations and teaching exchange activities
6. Attend school appraisal evaluations and professional development training programs

Essential Requirements

1. Patient, positive, and enthusiastic about early childhood English education
2. Excellent communication & interactive skills with an outgoing, approachable personality
3. Native English speaker (nationality: USA/UK/Australia/Canada/New Zealand)
4. Bachelor’s degree or above in any discipline
5. Minimum 2 years of hands-on early childhood education (ECE) teaching experience
6. Aged 20-45 years old
