Salary: $18-$21/hour

Integra Testing Servicesisseeking aBid Coordinator who will be a key member of ourEstimatingDepartment. Working closely with the team to ensure bids arelogged,sentout,and followedup onin a consistent manner. We are looking for an individual who is efficient and comfortablebeinga member of a team. The ideal candidate for this job isdetail-oriented, wellorganized;and comfortable with various technologies to support theprocess.

Job Responsibilities

• Download plans/specs/addenda.

• Maintain and distribute and work with the bidschedule.

• Update addendums, bid dates, plans, and specs asneeded.

• Complete bid forms.

• Assistincreationofbids.

• Track all bids and ensureaccuracy.

• Maintain communication between management andestimatingdepartment.

• Bid follow ups with customers to close deals.

Requirements

• Experience in the Construction Industry.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe,BluBeam, Dropbox, Salesforce.

• Be able to prioritize, multi-task, and make strict deadlines.

• Excellent analytical and abstract reasoning skills.

• Strong communication,organizationand time management skills.

• A proactive approach to problem-solving, managing multiple & rapidly changing priorities.

• Work & think independently with minimal supervision.

• Detail-oriented and self-motivated.

• Diligent work ethic,strong desireto learn, and ability to executeSOP's.

• Dependable, responsible, and accountable.

Education Requirements

• High School Diploma

• Relevant degree preferred, but notrequired(e.g., Construction Management)

Conditions of Employment

• Ability to successfully pass a criminal background check.

• Ability to successfully passpre-employment drug screen.
