Bookkeeper / Accounting Assistant We are seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper / Accounting Assistant to support daily accounting and administrative functions. The ideal candidate is organized, accurate, and comfortable working with financial records and accounting software. Key Responsibilities Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions Enter invoices, payments, and other financial data Assist with bank and account reconciliations Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documentation Prepare basic financial reports and spreadsheets Follow up on outstanding invoices and payment discrepancies Assist with filing, scanning, and general administrative tasks Support the accounting team as needed Requirements Previous bookkeeping or accounting support experience Bilingual in English and Spanish is required Strong Microsoft Excel and data-entry skills Experience with accounting software and computerized systems Enumerate software experience is a plus Strong attention to detail, organization, and confidentiality Ability to start as soon as possible Start Date: ASAP Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $23.00 - $24.00 Per Hour
