Summary The Brand Ambassador represents Van Cleef & Arpels through phone and digital channels, delivering expert product guidance and exceptional client support. The role also develops client relationships and drives sales while meeting service standards and performance goals. Responsibilities Respond to inbound and outbound calls, emails, chats, and social media inquiries with professional, engaging service. Process merchandise orders and accurately record client information in available systems. Build and maintain client relationships through product knowledge, personalized follow-up, and clienteling plans. Identify sales opportunities, address client needs, overcome objections, and meet sales and service targets. Coordinate with boutiques and internal teams to support referrals, client requests, and contact center initiatives. Requirements At least 3 years of experience in a contact center, customer service, or retail environment, or equivalent experience and education. Luxury retail or eCommerce experience is preferred; knowledge of high-end jewelry, timepieces, and gemstones is a plus. Strong verbal and written communication, client service, sales, and relationship-building skills. Ability to learn multiple systems, multitask, and use Microsoft Office; CRM, Salesforce, or SAP experience is a plus.
