Call Center Representative

What You'll Do

• Talk with homeowners who have already asked for information about our products. No cold calling.
• Learn about our windows and doors and share that information with customers.
• Provide helpful, professional service on every call.
• Set up in-home appointments for our design consultants.
• Reach goals for call quality, productivity, and appointment setting.
• Build positive relationships with customers and answer their questions.

What We're Looking For

• At least 1 year of experience in customer service, sales, or a call center role.
• Strong speaking skills and comfort talking on the phone.
• A motivated person who enjoys meeting goals and delivering results.
• Ability to work some evenings and weekends when needed.
• A positive attitude and willingness to work with a team.
• Dependable, professional, and eager to learn.

Schedule & Pay

Schedule:

• 3 day shifts: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• 2 evening shifts: 11:00 AM to 7:30 PM

Pay:

• $14.00 per hour
• Unlimited bonus potential
