The CPXO will be responsible for providing enterprise-wide leadership in human resources, talent strategy, organizational development, workforce planning, and change management. A key aspect of the role is the stewardship of the company's culture, with a focus on championing a high-touch team member experience that promotes engagement, belonging, personal growth, and mission impact.
