Penn E&R is seeking a full-time Civil Engineer (Entry-Level). While you will be based out of our Pittsburgh, PA office, we offer hybrid flexibility. You will have the opportunity to perform a wide range of tasks across all of Penn E&R's market sectors and be expected to perform both office-based and field-based assignments.
