Join Our Team as a Construction Superintendent

Are you an experienced Construction Superintendent looking to work on exciting Public Works Projects in Southern California? Monet Construction Inc. is seeking a qualified individual with 5-10 years of experience in General Contracting for projects such as Schools, Parks, Fire Stations, and City Buildings Etc.. Based in Tujunga, California, we offer a dynamic work environment that spans across various locations in LA, OC, San Bernardino, Ventura, and Lancaster. Daily Responsibilities:

• Provide Daily Log, RFIs, etc.
• Coordinate and Supervise Subcontractors,Vendors as well as our own crews
• Schedule Deputy and Building Inspections
• Onsite Coordination of material delivery and receipt
• Review Shop Drawings and Submittals for conformance with plans
• Conduct Weekly Site and Safety Meetings/OSHA Compliance
• Interface with Client, Architect, and other Consulting Professionals

Required Skills:

• Commercial Construction experience
• Ability to read and understand Architectural, Structural, Civil, and MEP Plans
• Hands-on knowledge of various trades
• Effective communication skills to drive project schedules
• Management experience in running crews of men and materials

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with Change Orders and Punch Lists
• Knowledge of Construction Management software like Procore
• Contract Writing and Report Generation abilities
• OSHA 30 Certification, First Aid
• Estimating and Cost Management expertise

Salary and Benefits:
