Remote Customer Service Representative (Dental/Medical Focus)

We are seeking a detail-oriented, empathetic, and clear-communicating Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this fully remote role, you will act as the primary point of contact for our US-based clients, managing inquiries, processing orders, and delivering exceptional service during US business hours.

Because we support dental and medical practices, candidates with clinical dental experience (such as Dental Assistants or Dental Hygienists) or a background in medical/dental supply customer service are strongly preferred. Your practical understanding of dental terminology and clinical workflows will enable you to provide knowledgeable, top-tier support.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Support: Answer inbound calls, emails, and live chats from US-based dental offices and clients with a warm, professional tone.
• Order Management: Accurately process orders, verify stock levels, handle returns, and track shipments for dental/medical supplies.
• Technical & Product Guidance: Assist dental staff with product specifications, order inquiries, and basic troubleshooting using your clinical or industry expertise.
• Account Maintenance: Maintain accurate customer records and log all interactions and resolutions in our CRM system.
• Issue Resolution: Efficiently solve shipping delays, order discrepancies, or product issues to maintain high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications & Requirements

Must-Haves:

• Shift Flexibility: Willing and able to work full-time during US business hours / night shifts in your local timezone.
• Communication: Exceptional written and spoken English skills with a neutral accent and a professional demeanor.
• Customer Service Experience: At least 1–2 years of experience in customer service, call centers, or client support.
• Remote Work Environment:
• Quiet, dedicated, and private home office workspace.
• High-speed, stable internet connection (plus a backup connection option).
• Noise-canceling headset.

High-Priority Skill Sets (Huge Plus):

• Clinical Dental Background: Direct experience as a Dental Assistant, Dental Hygienist, or similar role.
• Industry Customer Service: Previous customer support or order-processing experience with a dental supply, medical device, or healthcare vendor.
• Familiarity with standard dental instruments, supplies, and practice workflows.

Soft Skills:

• Strong active listening and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail (critical for accurate medical/dental ordering).
• Ability to stay focused, proactive, and reliable during overnight shifts.
