Northwest Community Health Center (NWCHC) is seeking a compassionate and team-oriented Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our multidisciplinary dental department. In this role, you will be responsible for the direct provision of oral hygiene treatments, patient education, and essential preventative services. Dental hygienist

Preventative Care: Perform professional dental cleanings, including scaling, root planing, and polishing.
Patient Screening: Conduct thorough oral health assessments, review medical histories, and perform periodontal charting.
Education: Provide comprehensive dental care education to patients, focusing on preventative strategies and long-term oral health.
Clinical Collaboration: Work alongside a team of dental professionals to coordinate care and stabilize the oral health of patients.
Radiography: Capture and process diagnostic digital radiographs as required.
Community Health: Adapt clinical approaches to meet the specific needs of an underserved population, maintaining a high standard of empathy and professionalism.

part-time $34 - $44 per hour

Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Saturday & Sunday: Closed

Licensure: Current and valid license to practice as a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) in the State of Montana.
Experience: Mid-level clinical experience preferred; however, all qualified licensed candidates will be considered.
Core Skills: Proficiency in direct patient care, preventative health services, and patient education.
Professionalism: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

Public Health Interest: Prior experience or a strong interest in community health centers or public health settings.
Technical Skills: Familiarity with electronic dental records and modern diagnostic tools.
Adaptability: Demonstrated ability to manage various patient needs with a focus on social and economic factors impacting health outcomes.
