Dental Lab TechnicianA digitally focused full-service dental laboratory in NY is seeking an experienced Dental Lab Technician to join its team on site. You'll work alongside a collaborative group of support and technical experts, using digital workflows to deliver precise, high-quality restorations for clinician clients.What You'll Do• Communicate with doctors on treatment planning and case workflow• Perform quality control on restorative and prosthetic cases• Operate CAD/CAM milling equipment• Support a fully digital workflow focused on precision, fit, function and estheticsWhat You Bring• 3+ years of experience as a dental technician (2-5 years of well-rounded dental lab experience preferred)• CAD/CAM milling experience• Strong communication skills for working directly with doctors• Interest in a stable, long-term position• Bilingual or multilingual a plus• Must live in or relocate to the NY area before startingSchedule & Compensation• Full-time, 40 hours per week• Day shift, in person$70,000 - $100,000 annual salaryPerformance bonus opportunitiesBenefits• Paid time off• 5 paid holidays• Performance bonus
