Title:  Dispatcher

Location : Mather, CA

Pay Rate: $25 -$28/hour

Duration: 9-month contract to hire

Job Overview
We’re looking for enthusiastic Dispatcher who thrive in a fast paced and collaborative team environment. This is a full-time, onsite role based in Rancho Cordova, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Job Description:

• Ability to handle multiple phone lines in a hectic, fast paced environment.
• Detailed orientated, ability to multitask and possesses great organizational skills.
• Must be able to utilize a headset and computer terminal and navigate through multiple systems to input and retrieve information.
• Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.

• Payroll entry: Using the SRS payroll report needs to review all labor entries from system to confirm they have been applied correctly. Add general ledger codes to payroll entries if needed and process expense reports.

Must Haves:

• 1-2 years data entry and/or call center experience in a historically high pace environment
• • Handling anywhere from 100+ calls per day, to ~500 emails per day
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Detailed orientated, ability to multitask and possesses great organizational skills.
• Must be able to utilize a headset and computer terminal and navigate through multiple systems to input and retrieve information.
• Comfortable with Microsoft Windows environment including Excel and Word.
• Great team player and can take feedback and direction

Compensation
$25.00/hr. -$28.00/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 1st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
