Job Role & Purpose
Deliver English teaching for students aged 2.5‑15 years old.

Working Hours & Locations
5‑working‑day week; 40 working hours per week (excluding lunch / dinner breaks).
Regular shift: Weekdays 13:00‑21:00; mixed morning / afternoon shifts on weekends. Two rest days fall on weekdays.
Morning‑afternoon mixed shifts apply in peak summer & winter course seasons (June‑August and January‑February each year).
Peak‑season teaching workload: up to 112 teaching hours per month, equivalent to average 26 teaching hours weekly (month = 4.33 weeks for payroll calculation).
Extra teaching hours exceeding the monthly maximum teaching quota shall be paid by extra‑class fees.
Teaching assignments may take place on‑site at the training centre or off‑site venues.
Teaching Supervisor (TS) arranges the final practical work schedule.
Primarily stationed at one centre; possible cross‑centre assignments within the same city.
Main Responsibilities
Complete all scheduled classes assigned by the Teaching Supervisor (TS).
Deliver high‑quality daily teaching, including demo lessons, regular courses and other session types; finish adequate lesson preparation and lesson delivery.
Start and dismiss all classes strictly on time.
Perform full‑scope daily teaching services following official SOPs. Scope includes but is not limited to: OPT, class review, level‑upgrade tests, homework assignment, marking & written feedback, phone consultations, phone‑based assessments, student‑progress tracking via WeChat and OMS system, parent‑teacher meetings, open classes, opening ceremonies, as well as timely & effective student follow‑up work.
Administer, mark and file student assessments, tests and progress reports.
Take accountability for students’ learning progress.
Take part in curriculum R&D and pedagogical‑method discussions; actively join audio‑video recording for teaching products & learning‑material development.
Record student attendance.
Maintain complete student profiles and class‑related documents.
Cover short‑notice substitute classes for absent colleagues, both on‑site and off‑site.
Attend academic activities, marketing events, meetings and training sessions; fulfil tasks delegated by TS.
Keep professional, positive communication with parents, students, internal colleagues and cross‑functional departments.
Accept classroom observations from TS & peers; observe other teachers’ classes for professional learning.
Proactively upgrade teaching competencies: share best practices with teammates and leverage in‑centre resources, online materials and other available resources.
Attend monthly induction & on‑job training; hand in follow‑up assignments punctually.
Career Plan
Foreign teachers may enhance professional competencies for advancement along the teaching track, or transfer to other interested functional roles inside the organization
