Enthusiastic New Patient Coordinator
Job DescriptionGreet and assist new patients with warmth and professionalism (a happy face is a must!) Salary Rangefull-time $17 - $27 per hour
- Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.
- Based Incentives: Receive additional compensation for successfully processing insurance claims, handling billing tasks, and maintaining accurate patient records.
Daily bonus system-
Shift & Schedule- Work Hours: Monday 8-5, Tuesday and Wednesday 7-5, Thursday 8-4
- Weekend Work: No weekends required.

Are you friendly, organized, and love making people smile? Braces by Dr. Ruth is looking for an enthusiastic New Patient Coordinator to join our amazing team! What You’ll Do:
Greet and assist new patients with warmth and professionalism (a happy face is a must!)

What We’re Looking For:
Experience in customer service, healthcare administration, or dental office settings is helpful (but not required — we’re happy to train the right person!)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Comfort with a busy, phone-driven environment
A positive attitude, team spirit, and willingness to learn
Interest in social media and creative communication — we love sharing smiles online!
