Responsibilities Help prepare event spaces by arranging displays, signage, tables, and promotional materials. Welcome attendees and provide information about event activities. Distribute informational materials and answer general questions. Support promotional presentations and customer engagement activities. Maintain clean, organized, and presentable event areas. Coordinate with team members to complete assigned tasks on schedule. Monitor event supplies and notify supervisors of additional needs. Assist with packing materials, dismantling displays, and restoring event spaces after activities. Follow event instructions and established safety procedures. Qualifications Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Friendly, professional, and approachable attitude. Dependability, punctuality, and attention to detail. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Willingness to learn and adapt to changing event requirements. Ability to stand for extended periods and move event materials as required.
