As an Event Assistance Associate, you'll step into a hands-on role with the Event Operations team, supporting event staff and attendees throughout a fast-paced, detail-driven experience. If you enjoy staying organized, communicating clearly, and using technology to keep things running smoothly, this is your moment to help create a great event for everyone.


Job Title: Event Assistance Associate


Location: Orlando, FL


Pay Range: $20 per hours


Shift: Tuesday 11/10 through Saturday 11/14 (open availability); 7:30am to 7:30pm (between 5-8 hours per day)


What's the Job?

• Set up and manage event booths, ensuring all equipment and materials are ready for attendees.
• Operate and troubleshoot inventory scanner systems to track event materials and products accurately.
• Distribute show dailies, including schedules, highlights, and updates, to attendees throughout the event.
• Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and sharing event information as needed.
• Keep the booth area clean, organized, and well-maintained while assisting with day-to-day event logistics.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to keep event operations running smoothly.
• Comfort with technology and the ability to use inventory scanner systems effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for attendee support and coordination.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required, with the ability to multitask under pressure.
