Role Description GAL Fashion is seeking a confident, motivated, and fashion-driven Stylist to join our team. As a Fashion Stylist, you will create a personalized and elevated shopping experience for every client while driving sales and building lasting relationships. This role is centered around styling, client development, and sales, including understanding each client’s individual style, creating complete looks, introducing new designers and products, developing and maintaining your own clientele, scheduling appointments, consistently following up with clients, and working toward individual and store sales goals. Our Stylists are also an important part of the overall GAL Fashion experience and are expected to help maintain the elevated environment of our boutique. This includes staying knowledgeable about designers and new arrivals, maintaining a polished and organized sales floor, participating in events and special promotions, and supporting the team with daily store operations. The ideal candidate is personable, polished, dependable, proactive, goal-oriented, and passionate about fashion and client service. We are looking for someone who takes initiative, enjoys building genuine relationships, and understands that exceptional service goes beyond making a sale. At GAL Fashion, our goal is to make every client feel welcomed, confident, and excited to return. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage clients, understand their needs, and build long-term relationships. Proficiency in Fashion Styling and Wardrobe coordination to create polished, personalized looks and outfit combinations. Sales abilities, including comfort with recommending products, upselling, and meeting individual and store sales goals. Attention to detail, organization, and time management, particularly during busy periods and multiple client appointments. Interest in current fashion trends and a willingness to continuously learn about new styles, brands, and fits. Ability to stand for extended periods and support basic in-store merchandising tasks. Prior experience in retail fashion, styling, or related fields is preferred but not required. High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in fashion, design, or merchandising is a plus.
