Responsibilities Uphold the highest standards of safety as your absolute first priority. Provide exceptional, personalized customer service with optimism and a genuine desire to help. Use outstanding interpersonal skills to resolve issues with understanding and compassion, building customer loyalty on every flight. Embrace a 24/7 global operation with complete flexibility, including weekends, holidays, and extended trips away from home. Work reliably and independently as a crucial part of a dedicated onboard team. Be prepared to serve meals and beverages, operate cabin equipment, and manage situations with confidence and poise. Qualifications Be at least 21 years of age and a high school graduate or GED holder (some college is preferred). Possess at least one year of customer service experience in industries like hospitality, retail, or education. Fluency is required: you must be able to speak, read, write, and understand English fluently, and speak and read Dutch fluently. Have a valid U.S. passport (or foreign passport with appropriate U.S. work visas) in your physical possession at the time of application, with at least 18 months of validity remaining. Be legally authorized to work in the United States without restriction. Meet specific physical requirements, including the ability to lift, push/pull a service cart, and pass a functional reach test. Maintain a professional appearance in accordance with our grooming and uniform standards, including guidelines on visible tattoos and piercings. Be willing and able to pass a comprehensive 10-year background check, pre-employment drug screening, and medical evaluation.
