Become a part of The Promenade team .
This Reception position is primarily for weekend shifts on Saturday and Sunday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm . Occasional weekday shifts may be offered.
As the first point of contact for guests, we seek someone with a positive demeanor who can greet residents and families warmly and professionally.
Responsibilities include
answering phone calls,
directing messages,
and transferring calls to the appropriate person or department.
You will interact with residents and visitors and ensure the front area remains tidy, clean, and welcoming.
