In this role, you'll leverage your experience, design tool expertise, and a sense of gameplay to elevate the game's quality and delight players with fresh experiences.In this role, you willDrive objectives and encounters to advance the project's gameplay and in-game progressionDeliver varied and scalable content across worlds to enhance design velocity as the project growsQuickly iterate on encounter and objective design elements while upholding the high Epic quality standards on a project of this scaleShape compelling and replayable experiences that align with Epic and Disney’s long-term gameplay visionWhat we're looking forMinimum of 4+ years' experience shipping multiple AAA titles as a game designerProficiency in using major game engines (e.g., UE5)Visual scripting experience is a mustDeep experience in PvPvE objective and encounter design, crucial for the project's evolving scopeDemonstrated ability to improvise and creatively solve problemsStrong problem-solving skills and a solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to adapt quickly to changing project needsEPIC JOB + EPIC BENEFITS = EPIC LIFEOur intent is to cover all things that are medically necessary and improve the quality of life.
