IGT is looking for a Game Designer who can inspire teams to create Class 3, land-based slot games across multiple product lines.Responsibilities:Develop the technical and creative design vision for slot machines, defining things such as the game mechanics, game flow, game theme, and mathematical aspects of how the game playsLead, collaborate with, and motivate teams of cross-functional disciplines to ensure understanding and proper implementation of the game designManage the product development cycle and create and maintain associated documentation. Coordinate inputs from a variety of creative and knowledgeable individuals, prioritizing feedback, and communicating outcomes to game teams and leadershipBe knowledgeable in the gaming industry and game design, using this knowledge to continuously improve not only your own projects but others throughout the studio and company.Work Location: This is a hybrid role onsite at our Reno, Nevada office 2-3 days per week. Actual compensation may vary. IGT complies with all applicable pay transparency and compensation laws and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable. Base pay is one component of IGT's total rewards program. Depending on the role, employees may be eligible for bonus or commission opportunities. IGT also offers a comprehensive benefits package, which may include a 401(k) savings plan with company contributions, medical, dental, and vision insurance, life and disability coverage, paid time off, tuition reimbursement, and other wellness programs, subject to eligibility requirements.
