Position: Guidewire Data Analyst

Client / Implementation Partner: Riverstone

Location: Remote

Rate: $60/hr (C2C)


Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Guidewire Data Analyst to join our team in supporting Riverstone's Guidewire platform initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in insurance domain data analysis, Guidewire suite (PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter), and SQL-based data extraction and transformation. You will work closely with business stakeholders, data teams, and developers to ensure high-quality data integration, reporting, and analytics.


Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather, analyze, and document data requirements related to Guidewire implementations.
• Perform data mapping, profiling, cleansing, and validation activities for Guidewire systems.
• Extract and analyze data from Guidewire databases and related systems using SQL and other query tools.
• Work on data migration projects, ensuring accuracy and completeness of migrated data.
• Support the development of data models, ETL processes, and reporting solutions.
• Identify data quality issues and work with teams to implement corrective measures.
• Prepare documentation including data dictionaries, data flow diagrams, and mapping specifications.
• Support testing teams during UAT and production validation phases.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in the insurance domain .
• Hands-on experience with Guidewire (PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter).
• Strong SQL skills for complex queries, data analysis, and reporting.
• Experience with data migration , ETL tools, and integration with Guidewire systems.
• Familiarity with data quality, governance, and metadata management practices.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience with reporting/BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
• Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and cloud-based data platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Guidewire certification(s).
