In-House Recruiter – Restaurant Operations

Position Summary

As our In-House Recruiter, you'll lead the full-cycle recruitment process for both hourly and management positions across multiple restaurant locations. You'll partner with restaurant managers to meet staffing goals, build talent pipelines, and ensure every candidate has a positive hiring experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for restaurant positions, including servers, bartenders, hosts, cooks, dishwashers, shift leaders, assistant managers, and general managers.
• Partner with restaurant leadership to understand staffing needs and create effective recruiting plans.
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, employee referrals, community outreach, and local hiring events.
• Screen applicants, conduct phone interviews, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintain an organized applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure timely communication with candidates.
• Support new restaurant openings by developing and executing high-volume hiring strategies.
• Track recruiting metrics, including time-to-fill, applicant flow, and hiring success rates.
• Promote the company's employer brand through community partnerships, career fairs, and networking events.
• Ensure hiring practices comply with all federal, state, and local employment laws.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in the restaurant, hospitality, retail, or service industry.
• Experience recruiting for high-volume, hourly positions.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple openings simultaneously.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems and recruiting platforms.
• Ability to travel occasionally between restaurant locations, if needed.
• Passion for hospitality and building high-performing teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting multi-unit restaurant operations.
• Knowledge of restaurant staffing trends and labor market conditions.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.
