Industrial Painters And BlastersTrillium construction is now hiring industrial painters and blasters in the Richmond, VA area! Work will take place on various job locations across the Mid-Atlantic region. The ideal candidate will have experience in industrial coatings and surface preparation. Work is Monday-Friday with some Saturdays. Pay is $30/hour. Long term, fulltime opportunity.Duties:Abrasive blasting and surface preparationApplication of industrial coating (epoxy, urethane…)Operate blasting/painting equipment safely and efficiently.Follow OSHA and company safety procedures.Qualifications:Prior experience in industrial painting, sandblasting or coating application.Reliable transportation to job sites.Willingness to travel for projects.Physical ability to perform demanding tasks (lifting, climbing, working at heights).Ability to pass pre-employment screenings.Trillium has been recruiting and placing professionals for over 30 years.
