Influencer & PR Marketing Manager to support the execution of influencer, PR, and experiential marketing programs.
Salary/Hourly Rate $50/hr - $60/hr
Position Overview The Influencer & PR Marketing Manager will support the execution of influencer, PR, and experiential marketing programs. This role focuses on project management, coordination, and seamless execution across multiple marketing channels in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities Of The Influencer & PR Marketing Manager - Support day-to-day execution of influencer, PR, and experiential programs, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and key milestones stay on track.
- Support execution of brand events and experiences, coordinating with event agencies and internal teams across production, creative assets, and all event logistics.
- Support influencer marketing efforts including writing briefs, managing feedback, and coordination with cross-functional partners.
- Act as a highly organized project manager across multiple workstreams, proactively managing timelines, trackers, approvals, and communication across internal and external partners.
- Support day-to-day execution of ShopMy, including creator outreach, gifting opportunities, campaign coordination, and ongoing program needs.
- Partner with Creative, NA Marketing, and agency teams to coordinate briefs, assets, feedback, and approvals and ensure programs are executed seamlessly.
- Manage multiple priorities independently while anticipating needs and problem-solving proactively.
- Maintain strong communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
Required Experience/Skills For The Influencer & PR Marketing Manager - Strong background in Influencer Marketing, PR, and Experiential Marketing, particularly within the beauty industry.
- Highly organized, proactive, resourceful, and self-motivated with excellent project management skills.
- 5-8 years of experience, with beauty industry experience preferred; agency and in-house experience also acceptable.
- Manager-level experience focused on execution and logistical project management, supporting planning for new product launches.
- Knowledgeable in event coordination, influencer marketing, and campaign execution in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Experience/Skills For The Influencer & PR Marketing Manager - Experience working with cross-functional marketing teams and external agencies.
- Familiarity with influencer marketing platforms and campaign tracking tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate collaboration.
Education Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
