This is a full-time, on-site Investment Banking Analyst role based in Stamford, CT. The analyst will support senior bankers in executing real estate-focused M&A, capital raising, and strategic advisory assignments through building detailed financial models, conducting valuation analyses, and preparing transaction materials. Day-to-day responsibilities include performing industry and company research, supporting due diligence processes, analyzing financial statements and market data, and drafting presentations, pitch books, and client memoranda. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams and external counterparties, maintaining transaction databases, and contributing to the development of new ideas and strategic insights for clients. Candidates will be expected to manage multiple workstreams under tight deadlines while maintaining high analytical and professional standards.
