If this describes you, we welcome your application!What You'll Be DoingProviding onsite technical assistance and support for incoming questions and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardwareTraining computer users on basic usage of computer systemsMaintaining daily performance of computer systemsInstalling, modifying, cleaning up, and repairing computer hardware, software, workstations, and serversRunning diagnostic programs and asking questions to determine nature of problem, and then resolving problemsResolving technical problems with Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN), and other systemsResponding to questions from customers seeking help either via email, in person, or over the phoneUsing systems management tools to monitor events, manage ticket system, and ensure clients' environments are running optimallyPerforming other related duties as assignedWhat You'll Need To Be Successful:Regular, reliable attendanceA+, Network+, and Security+ certifications preferred but not required1-year experience in similar role preferred but not requiredMust be available for varying shifts depending on customers' needsExcellent customer service skillsStrong verbal communication and problem-solving skillsAbility to work efficiently within a teamMust be able to pass drug screening and background checkBilingual a plusRiverside Technologies, Inc.
