You'll also contribute to broader digital marketing efforts, including email campaigns, SEO, and performance tracking.

This role reports to the Director of New Media and works closely with cross-functional teams including developers, internal stakeholders, and IT to deliver high-quality digital experiences.

Three (3) or more years of experience in developing websites, landing pages, expertise and familiarity with Drupal 9 (a must), HTML5, CSS, JQuery, and JavaScript or other forms of web-based development. Three (3) or more years of general Graphic Design experience using Adobe Creative Suite. Familiarity with building and managing a content management system (CMS) including managing regular site updates and back-end upgrades. Troubleshoot site-loading delays. Implement site changes and technical business units feedback as it is finalized into deliverables. Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail. Clear and concise communication skills—both written and verbal. Excellent time and project management skills. Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues. Up-to-date experience with international web protocols, standards, and technologies. Able to multitask, with the ability to meet multiple deadlines for a number of projects simultaneously. Must have a team-oriented attitude, with excellent interpersonal communication skills. Should be creative, analytical thinkers who can tell a story using all the tools currently available in the industry. Experience preparing briefings and status reports for management.
