We are looking for a Part -Time Office Admin <\/i><\/b> to join our fast -paced Executive Search Firm <\/i><\/b> . <\/span><\/span>The position can be fully Remote <\/i><\/b> and will eventually convert to a full -time position. Experience within the recruitment industry would be beneficial, but is not required. <\/span><\/span>

The person will be a stable and dedicated individual that will have authority to make administrative decisions and suggest new techniques for every department to run more efficiently. <\/span><\/span><\/span>

Manage company calendar & create meetings and/or interview reminders. <\/span><\/span><\/span>

Create document templates for new and existing services within our HR department <\/b><\/i> . <\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>
Establish weekly tasks and deadlines for the team to follow. Create weekly reports. <\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/p><\/li>
Communicate with our existing client and talent lists. <\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/p><\/li>
Oversee our ATS <\/i><\/b>(Applicant Tracking System.)<\/span><\/span><\/span>
