Duffield Lane·Grand Rapids, MI·Part‑Time, ~15–20 hrs/week About the Role Duffield Lane is a women’s coastal lifestyle apparel brand based in Grand Rapids. We’re looking for a resourceful, self‑directed personal assistant to support our founder. This role is based out of our office in Grand Rapids, MI, but involves regular errands and off‑site tasks. You’ll handle a mix of business logistics and personal errands — no two weeks look exactly the same. The ability to figure things out independently matters more here than any specific prior experience. What You’ll Do Run errands, handle returns, drop‑offs, and pickups Coordinate appointments, vendor calls, and scheduling Handle time‑sensitive mail and communications, including forwarding to the right contacts and following up with vendors Research and book travel, reservations, and services Support light office tasks including supply runs, unboxing, and basic organization Occasional home‑adjacent tasks as needed Who You Are Reliable, proactive, and discreet A natural problem solver who doesn’t need a detailed playbook to get things done Comfortable moving between in‑person tasks and digital coordination Trustworthy with access to both business and personal matters Has a car and valid driver’s license Comfortable with everyday tech including email and Google Details Hours: approximately 15 to 20 per week with a flexible schedule Location: based at our Grand Rapids office with regular local errands Compensation: commensurate with experience References and background check required #J-18808-Ljbffr
