We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Personal Assistant to join our team on a part‑time basis. As a Personal Assistant, you will work closely with the company's executives and provide administrative and personal support. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and time‑management skills, as well as the ability to handle multiple tasks with minimal supervision. Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain executives' schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations Coordinate and schedule meetings and conference calls Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism Conduct research and assist with special projects as needed Handle personal errands and tasks for executives as requested Maintain office supplies and equipment, and ensure a clean and organized work environment Other administrative tasks as assigned Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and time‑management abilities Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information We offer a competitive salary and a dynamic work environment with opportunities for growth and advancement. #J-18808-Ljbffr
