What You'll Do

• Provide specialized neonatal care in Level III NICUs at Mountain View Hospital and Southern Hills Hospital
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including pediatric subspecialists
• Utilize advanced neonatal equipment such as high-frequency oscillators, body cooling, and inhaled nitric oxide
• Support and participate in quality improvement and teaching initiatives
• Manage on-call and weekend schedules as discussed
• Contribute to evidence-based, high-quality patient care for newborns
• Provide consultation and support to pediatric specialty teams as needed

What You Need

• Valid medical license to practice in Nevada
• Board Certification or Eligibility in Neonatology
• Fellowship training in Neonatology
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate care
• Open to new graduate fellows through 2025 and visa candidates
