Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
  • 7+ years of progressive manufacturing experience, including 3+ years in a plant or operations leadership role.
  • Proven experience leading multi-department, multi-shift manufacturing operations with responsibility for financial performance and/or P&L.
  • Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Experience using KPIs, ERP/MRP systems, and operational data to drive business and performance improvements.
  • Working knowledge of OSHA, EPA, ISO, and other applicable manufacturing requirements.
  • Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and strategic planning skills, with a demonstrated ability to build and develop high-performing teams.

This position is based in a manufacturing facility and requires regular interaction with both the production floor and office environments.
