If you're passionate about making a difference in this critical field, we invite you to explore a career with Carollo.ResponsibilitiesPlan, schedule, and conduct engineering work on projects of various sizesPerforming engineering work in process design of water and wastewater treatment facilities, including engineering services and construction managementWork on engineering designs, prepare reports, develop plans, prepare specifications, and prepare cost estimates for various water projectsPrepare technical memoranda, reports and electronic deliverables; data entry and analysis, and working through the construction phase on the projects.Assist Project Managers with supervising and coordinating the work of staff engineers, drafters, technicians, and others team members for specific assignmentsProvide engineering services during constructionParticipate in field activities such as pilot testingQualificationsBachelor’s degree in civil or environmental engineering4 to 8 years of directly-relevant experience in water and wastewater engineeringRegistration as a Professional Engineer Application of engineering principles including critical thinking, analysis, and innovative techniquesStrong verbal and written communication skillsWork well in a team environmentHave the ability to communicate effectively with clients and project teamHighly motivated, articulate, and self-startingProficient in MS Word and ExcelPreferred QualificationsMaster’s degree in civil or environmental engineeringDesign and construction phase experienceCompensation RangeAn employee’s pay within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs.Other Compensation and BenefitsCarollo is committed to providing employees with a competitive, comprehensive benefits program that provides the support employees and their families need to lead healthy, productive lives.
