The Recycling Coordinator is responsible for administering the Countys recycling program including marketing selling and promoting of recyclable materials. Emphasis will be placed on outreach to businesses agencies municipalities schools colleges and civic groups to encourage recycling efforts and achieve our recycling goals.
Duties:
High school diploma required; Associates degree in Business or a related years of experience in solid waste in marketing sales public outreach or a related of MDE DOT MOSHA and OSHA regulations related to solid in Microsoft Office to work independently solve problems and build positive relationships with thepublic and community to obtain or maintain required certifications including CPR/First Aid FireExtinguisher and Homeland Security be available for on-call emergency response as Drivers to successfully pass background check and drug screening.
