Remote Healthcare RecruiterKORE1, a nationwide provider of staffing and recruiting solutions, has an immediate opening for a Remote Healthcare Recruiter who is based in either California or Colorado only.A rapidly growing national healthcare organization is seeking a Remote Recruiter to support high-volume hiring across multiple locations nationwide. This role requires a West Coast-based recruiter with experience in healthcare recruiting who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. The Recruiter will manage full-cycle recruiting for a variety of clinical, professional, and administrative roles while partnering closely with hiring managers and HR leadership to ensure an efficient, strategic hiring process. This is a contract opportunity, with potential to go long term, supporting a rapidly scaling organization approaching 5,000 employees, where recruiting demand is expanding quickly and technology-driven recruiting initiatives are being implemented.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the full recruitment lifecycle for a wide range of roles including clinical, technical, administrative, and management positions.Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, define candidate profiles, and develop effective sourcing strategies.Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates to ensure alignment with role requirements and organizational culture.Manage requisitions while meeting established time-to-fill and recruiting performance metrics.Proactively source candidates using job boards, professional networks, referrals, and industry resources.Develop and maintain strong pipelines of qualified candidates for both current openings and future hiring needs.Identify and engage healthcare professionals and technical talent across multiple markets.Support hiring for high-volume healthcare positions such as Medical Assistants, Patient Service Representatives, Registered Nurses, Case Managers, Recovery Room Nurses.Utilize recruiting technologies and tools to drive efficiency and enhance candidate experience.Work within Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as UKG Recruiting to manage candidate workflow and reporting.Leverage AI-driven recruiting tools, including platforms such as Phenom, to support sourcing, candidate engagement, and talent pipeline development.Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers, HR leadership, and external partners.Partner with professional organizations, community agencies, and industry networks to strengthen recruiting efforts.Serve as a trusted recruiting advisor to hiring managers throughout the hiring process.Assist with onboarding coordination for new hires.Support and facilitate new hire orientation and ensure a smooth transition into the organization.Maintain knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws, particularly West Coast and California employment regulations.Ensure recruiting practices comply with applicable labor laws and company policies.Stay current with industry trends, recruiting strategies, and HR best practices.Required QualificationsBA Degree requiredMinimum 3 years of recruiting experience in healthcare, technical, or professional recruiting environmentsExperience managing full-cycle recruitingStrong experience recruiting for healthcare roles (clinical and administrative)Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as UKG or similar platformsFamiliarity with AI-driven recruiting toolsKnowledge of West Coast employment regulations, including California labor lawsStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environmentMust be based in CA or CO only.Preferred QualificationsExperience with Phenom AI recruiting platformExperience with UKG RecruitingBackground recruiting in both healthcare and technical rolesExperience supporting high-volume hiring environmentsExperience working within large or rapidly scaling organizations
