Job Description: We are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to join our team as a Remote Personal Assistant. This is a part-time, remote position that offers flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere. As a Personal Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative and personal support to our CEO and other team members.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain CEO's calendar, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings
• Handle all incoming and outgoing communication, including emails, phone calls, and mail
• Organize and maintain important documents, files, and records
• Book travel arrangements and accommodations for business trips
• Assist with personal tasks such as managing personal appointments and errands
• Conduct research and prepare reports as needed
• Collaborate with team members to ensure tasks and projects are completed efficiently and on time

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• High level of confidentiality and discretion
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
