Become a vision expert by offering tailored advice and recommending eyewear solutions that fit each customer’s lifestyle and preferences. Learn and grow through hands-on training and collaboration with experienced professionals to provide top-tier service. Collaborate with your team and leadership to maintain a positive, supportive environment where everyone contributes to success. Create a welcoming store atmosphere by keeping the store clean, organized, and visually appealing for a seamless shopping experience. Cultivate inclusion and respect for both customers and colleagues. What We’re Looking For Passion for customer service; retail or customer service experience is a plus, but enthusiasm for helping others and creating great experiences is key. Sales savvy with strong communication to engage customers and drive sales. Tech-savvy and detail-oriented; comfortable using technology to enhance customer experience and accurate transactions. Fashion-forward with an interest in eyewear and trends, able to help customers find their perfect look. Self-motivated and adaptable; able to thrive in fast-paced environments and continuously learn and grow. Pay Range: 17.98 This posting is for an existing vacancy. Pay is determined by geography, experience, qualifications, skills, and local minimum wage requirements.
