Key responsibilities Create animations that meet aesthetic and technical project requirements, setting a high visual bar for the team Collaborate with animation leads and Technical Art to ensure effective animation tools and processes are in place Self-manage production workload to meet milestone goals while continuously improving animation workflows and responding to feedback Required qualifications 7+ years of experience as an Animator with at least one shipped title in Unreal Engine Proficiency in Unreal Engine and experience with Blender and related animation software Extensive knowledge of animation pipelines and strong troubleshooting skills Ability to mentor junior team members and set high aesthetic standards Strong understanding of art fundamentals and a willingness to learn and take risks
