Ready to Press Play on Potential?Let's start with the roleWe are looking for a passionate Senior Visual Designer to join our Product Design team and contribute to building a world-class visual experience seen and used by millions of customers daily. You will own the creation and delivery of static and animated assets for product surfaces and in-app placements, maintain guidelines that empower local market teams, and lead asset governance including game thumbnail review and creation. You'll coordinate with external creative partners and play an active role in growing the next generation of designers through mentoring. If you care deeply about visual quality and thrive in a fast-paced, multi-market environment — this role is for you.What you'll do:You will design and deliver static and animated visual assets for product surfaces and in-app placements across multiple markets, balancing speed and quality.You will own visual guidelines creation, maintenance, and adoption — acting as the visual consistency guardian and primary support for local market teams.You will lead asset curation and governance: reviewing and creating game thumbnails, ensuring quality and consistency standards are met across all platforms and market variations.You will coordinate communication and workflows with external creative partners.You will monitor and mentor intern designers, supporting their development and ensuring output quality.
