Gestione della community: interagire con gli utenti, rispondere a commenti e messaggi, costruire una relazione autentica e fidelizzare la community. Analisi e reportistica: monitorare le performance attraverso strumenti di analisi. Monitoraggio trend: rimanere aggiornato sulle ultime novità e tendenze del settore social per cogliere opportunità. Conoscenza approfondita delle piattaforme social e delle dinamiche online. Creatività e capacità di storytelling e videomaking. Ottime doti comunicative e relazionali.
