This role requires a strategic thinker who can combine creativity with data-driven decision-making. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with overall marketing goals. Create and curate engaging content for platforms. Plan and manage the content calendar across all platforms. Analyze performance metrics and generate monthly reports with insights and recommendations. Respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and brand-aligned manner. Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., Marketing, Sales, HR) and external partners (e.g., influencers, creative agencies). Stay current on social media trends, algorithm changes, and platform updates. Monitor competitor activity and provide market intelligence. Manage paid social campaigns and collaborate with digital advertising partners, if applicable. Ensure brand consistency across all social media touchpoints. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field (or equivalent experience). 2–4 years of hands‑on experience managing social media accounts for brands or organizations. Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and social scheduling platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Later). Strong understanding of social media KPIs, engagement tactics, and audience segmentation. Excellent writing, editing, and visual storytelling skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with influencer marketing campaigns. Knowledge of SEO, email marketing, or general digital marketing strategy. Familiarity with paid social tools like Meta Ads Manager or LinkedIn Campaign Manager. Previous experience in [industry-specific detail if needed, e.g., healthcare, fashion, nonprofit]. Physical and Work Requirements: Ability to work at a computer for extended periods. May occasionally require evening or weekend work for campaigns or live event coverage.
