The Role As Employee #1 with equity, you’ll own our entire social media presence: creating content, driving growth, and building community. You’ll work directly with the founder daily. We’re looking for someone who wants to grind, create, and build something massive. This is not a comfortable 9-5. What You’ll Actually Do Content Creation (50%) : Own end-to-end content production. Film and edit scroll-stopping videos, write captions, and create daily posts that bring our preservative-free skincare story to life across TikTok, Instagram, and beyond. Community & Channel Management (25%) : Manage engagement, run our brand ambassador program, and build authentic relationships with our audience. Startup Flex (25%) : As Employee #1, you’ll wear multiple hats. Local San Diego events, in-store demos, photoshoots, community building, and whatever else it takes to move the needle. Who You Are Based in San Diego. Chronically online. Creative. Great taste. Ambitious. Highly organized. Execution-focused. Excited about equity and building something from the ground up. Requirements 3-10 years of full-time, hands-on experience working for a DTC brand. Proven track record creating viral/organic content that drives results. Strong video shooting + editing skills.
