Lutheran Social Services (LSS) seeks a Social Services Consultant to deliver client-centered support across behavioral health, housing, and family services. In this role, you will conduct comprehensive assessments, develop individualized service plans, and provide ongoing case management and crisis intervention to individuals and families. You will coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams, connect clients to community resources, and advocate for their needs while maintaining accurate documentation.
