Ensure compliance withIDEA, MARSE, Section504, and districtpolicies and procedures. Monitor IEP implementation, student services, documentation, and program quality. Collaborate with schoolleaders, families, serviceproviders, and communitypartners to supportstudent success. Facilitate IEP meetingsand provide guidanceon specialeducation best practices. Supervise, mentor, andevaluate special educationstaff while supportingprofessional growth. Coordinate staffing, servicedelivery, and specialeducation programming acrossassigned schools. Maintain accurate records and ensure timely completion of required compliance documentation. Participate in organizationalleadership initiatives,professional development, and continuous improvementefforts.
