Job Description Join our Food & Beverage team and play a vital role in creating exceptional dining experiences by maintaining a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen environment. As a Steward, you'll support our culinary team and help ensure smooth daily operations. What You'll Do Wash, sanitize, and properly store dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment. Maintain cleanliness and organization of dishwashing stations, kitchen areas, and storage rooms. Remove trash and recycling while keeping work areas clean and safe. Restock clean dishes and kitchen supplies for the culinary team. Follow all food safety, sanitation, and company standards. Assist with cleaning kitchen equipment and food preparation areas as needed. Work closely with the culinary team to support efficient kitchen operations. Qualifications What You'll Bring A positive attitude and a strong commitment to teamwork. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Dependability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds. Previous steward, dishwasher, or kitchen experience is a plus, but not required—we're happy to train motivated candidates.
