Closer Consulting is looking for a reliable and organized Virtual Assistant to support our day‑to‑day business operations.

Requirements:

• Valid and active LinkedIn profile is required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
• Ability to manage emails, scheduling, data entry, research, and administrative tasks.
• Professional and reliable communication with clients and internal team members.
• Must be able to follow company procedures and meet business requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative and operational support.
• Manage emails, calendars, documents, and spreadsheets.
• Conduct online research and organize information.
• Assist with recruiting and business-development activities when needed.
• Maintain accurate records and update company systems.
• Communicate professionally with candidates, clients, and team members.
• Support other business tasks as assigned.
